This happened on my flight yesterday. The simlink stopped sending data to the fenix A320 and volanta
simlink_2024-02-05.dlog (1.8 MB)
Hmmm. Something is off - Simlink does not send anything to either the Fenix or Volanta!
Did the position disappear from those too?
The Fenix uses your position directly in the simulator, Navigraph has no part in that integration at all. Volanta also has their own method of extracting your position.
Hi there, it also stopped sending to Navigraph charts. I understand what youre saying with the fenix and Volanta
The reason why I think something’s off is that you are now reporting that the position updates are not working for 2 other completely unrelated products, one of which does not rely on an internet connection at all to show your position (fenix).
Additionally, the log file you sent shows no errors at all - it just shows that the simulator was never running. Did you upload the correct file?
sorry, the file im trying to add states its too big 24,264 KB. can you advise
That’s interesting! You can probably split it up into two files then. I’m pretty sure that it’s the same issue as before though!
This is also interesting. For me, the Server (1st row) is my router, not a domain owned by my ISP…
Did you change this back? Because that line should show the DNS server that you are using.
yes as nothing change, i reset to auto dns
How do i split the log file pls
You can:
- Open the file in Notepad
- Press Ctrl + F
- Type
HTTP_CODE: 0
and press enter
If you get results, then the issue is the same!
Otherwise, you can just open the file, copy the first thousand lines or so and paste it into a new file - then upload that new file here. The logs are just text, so if you don’t want to deal with files you can just copy the first couple hundred lines (no need to be exact) and paste it in here
I will note again that this issue, HTTP_CODE: 0
, is a very general error and could be caused by almost anything along the line, but I can safely rule out our servers since they are managed by Amazon.

I merged the files into one code block. You can create such blocks yourself by pressing this button along the top of your post editor:
All logs except the last 2 lines are uninteresting and duplicated. The last two indicate that it was just successfully connected to the simulator, and that the aircraft title was FenixA320_BAWGBUSK
.
So far so good! No errors in what you have uploaded so far.
I’m having the same problem. SimLink constantly disconnects.
It looks like we need a NEW version… fast… !!
Thank you.
Hi,
Kindly ensure that your system’s time and timezone are automatically synced with the internet.
Please let us know if you encounter any issues.
Best regards,
Vishal Ahir
Navigraph
Both are in sync… UTC -3 in my case. And date and time are established by the system.
Symlink start with the system and asks to SIGN IN. When I click goes to the webpage, I hit the “sign in” and IMMEDIATLY Symlink displays a message “You have been signed out…” and closes itself.
It started happening recently. Not sure how/if it relates to another add-oon or program…
Loging out from Navigraph and log in with Google solved the issue for me.
