Hello!
As in the question, my simlink always shows the 12163 error, and my charts can’t enable the moving map, and I have modified the registry according to the method in the forum, but the 12163 error still appears
This made me very frustrated, because the reason why I subscribed at the beginning was that the moving maps attracted me, but now he cannot use it, which should not be.
Helli Li! Welcome to the forum.
The issue you’re experiencing is most likely because of a proxy. Please turn of any proxies and try again.
On Windows 10 , you’ll find these options under Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy
Let me know if this does not solve the issue, and we’ll troubleshoot further!
Regards,
Malte
I did this and it did not solve the problem. Any other ideas??
Did you ever find a solution to this problem?
Hi,
Please clean up the Simlink configuration by following this link.
After the cleanup, please sign in to the Simlink application and ensure that the Simlink Plugins are installed for your Flight Simulator. If you’re using MSFS, there’s no need to install any Plugins.
Please let us know if you still encounter any issues.

Hello Vishalahir,
I followed all instructions on the link. I am still getting the 12163 error. I also just uninstalled all Navigraph Charts, Simlink and In game panel. Deleted all folders I could find in appdata. Restared computer and reinstalled all from the Navigraph downloads section. I am still getting the error. Can we try a log file that might help you track down the issue?
This is what I see in the settings file
I really want to keep Simlink and Navigraph but there has been NO continued support on this issue. Does anyone have anything else that could help?
