Simbrief Pilot ID

I am trying to use the FMC in the Salty 747. When I input my Simbrief Pilot ID I get a message Wrong Pilot ID.

Hi, can you confirm which Pilot ID you are entering? Your Pilot ID should be listed on the Account Settings page.

I have resolved it, I was entering the pilot ID into the FMC prior to setting up a flight plan. Once I had generated and saved the FP it’s worked.
