As a controller on Vatsim, I encounter a lot of Simbrief users, which is fantastic. However, I (and with me, other controllers) sometimes get annoyed by the weird routes Simbrief generates. This isn’t usually too bad, but one thing happens way too often: random step descends. Yes, descend. Someone cruising at FL360 somehow has a step descend to FL240 at a waypoint. This messes with the controller client, resulting in incorrect handoff proposals, incorrect exit levels and more.
Needless the say, this is annoying and sounds like an easy fix to me. I don’t see any reason for a step descend during a flight. Can this be removed please? Thanks in advance!
