Simbrief dispatch doesn't load on MSFS2024

Hi,

I have been trying to launch the simbrief dispatch on MSFS2024 for a few times however it keeps on loading forever. I tried everything from checking my internet status to removing and restoring the file for the simbriefapp but it still won’t load. Even if I restart MSFS2024 it doesn’t work.

Any idea how to fix this?

Welcome.

Please try:

  • Disable Antivirus and Firewall.
  • Use the latest Hub to Uninstall the SimBrief EFB App.
  • Restart the machine.
  • Connect to the Internet via Mobile Hotspot.
  • Use Hub to Install SimBrief EFB App
  • Start MSFS 2024. BTW, what version of MSFS 2024 are you running?
  • Can you load the SimBrief EFB app?

Thanks for your help. I just have a quick question, to uninstall the SimBrief EFB app, do I just delete the files in the community folder or do I need to do something else?

As I mentioned, use the latest Hub to uninstall and reinstall the SimBrief EFB App.
