Simbrief Dispatch not loading

I installed simbrief dispatch and the “simbrief” option on the main page is not appearing to select when i start msfs2020. I do not have FlowPro installed. Any ideas?

Make sure you have the latest Navigraph Hub.

Use Hub to install SimBrief Dispatch for MSFS v1.2.5

Check you see the following folder with files in your MSFS 2020 Community folder:
\navigraph-simbrief-dispatch-2020\

It didn’t work, still not seeing it on the world map screen above the “FLY” yellow bar.

Do you see the folder \navigraph-simbrief-dispatch-2020\ in your Community folder?

Yes I can see it in my community folder

Just wondered if anyone else is have trouble with simbrief dispatch, very slow in loading and timeout errors saying The server took to long to respond
