Passenger number and cargo weight are incorrect for the plane.
You don’t give much detail, but both are numbers you can adjust when creating your own preset under saved airframes.
thank you for your quick reply. I checked and the max passenger count for 736 is 112, yet when I set up a flight with simbrief it sets it at 149 or some such high number. Now I see that I need to choose a saved airframe.
Creating saved airframes is always a good idea 
Airline configurations differ. I agree that 149 passengers appear a lot for a -600. Probably copy and paste from the -700? However, a quick search showed that Tunis Air seated 126 passengers in their -600s. However, you have a tool at your hands to adjust these numbers.
