I would like to second this.
I agree with this. SIDs and STARs are not part of a correctly filed flight plan but are assigned by ATC controllers. Quite often the ATC dispatch/approach controllers in IVAO ask me to remove them from my flight plan.
In some countries e.g. Germany, Austria, …, SID and STAR are required for a correct flightplan

Possible in Germany, but definitively not in Austria …
