If I add annotations to active flight plan charts in Windows 10/11 should they appear when accessing them from my Android 12 Tab? Being cloud based I sort of expected they would but it’s not happening for me. Everything else seems to sync ok . Thanks …

They absolutely should, but not in real-time. You have to close the chart and open it again to load any new changes. I have just verified that this works myself using a web browser and an iPad!
Make sure that both devices are signed into the same account!

Thanks Malte. I uninstalled both apps ( windows & Android ), logged back in on both and now it’s working perfectly! Great addition to an already great product. Cheers … Don.
