Charts App not saving/loading actual flight plan

I usually use the desktop app, but today I had intentions to use the mobile app and everything went ok but if I switch to another app and then return the flight plan was not there.

All flights are stored centrally on our servers, nothing related to the flight is stored locally on your device. So it should be available when you switch device IF you use the same account. Could you try again, and please post screenshots from the two devices showing the difference?
