Sending navigraph flight to simbref

I use Simbreaf and Navigraph FMS data for long but I am new with charts.
Once I built a flight interactively with Navigraph chart program, I would like to give it as an input ro Simbrief. The only interface I found was to export the Navigraph flight into clipboard, but if I try to enter this into Simbrief, the format is not recognized. Is there another way to do this ?
