SCFX airport is shown in the map but without a code and I can’t make a route using it.

Our airport database reflects that of Jeppesen. You can only set such airports as origin or destination. However, your flight plan can start and end at any point. Like there, my flight plan starts on the coordinate of the airport:
To do this, just right click / long tap on the position you’d like to add, and select “Add to route”. This will add the coordinate to the route.
Also we will soon launch a feature to define your own custom waypoints. In this way you can make SCFX the first waypoint in your flight (instead of the coordinate).
