but I don’t see why the only runway at Grand Cayman is showing this icon. Please see attached screenshot. I appreciate the feature but now I can’t easily select the Departure from the main screen either.

I don’t see why that would happen either - the only logical explanation I can find is that an online network published an ATIS for the airport with an incorrect runway identifier.
It does not seem to be there anymore, so it was probably temporary!
