The Hong Kong FIR in real life has a standard VFR chart, which sectorises the terminal area near VHHH and VMMC to different Zones. There are several holding areas for fixed wing aircraft as well as helicopters. And here’s a request to put them into the Navigraph VFR map. for reference:

Unfortunately, Navigraph cannot influence the data in the way that you describe. The data is provided to us by Jeppesen, and our coverage is identical to their real-world coverage. We process and present all the data we receive leaving nothing out, but in this case, Jeppesen likely does not have enough real-world VFR customers in the area and thus does not publish VFR data for the region.
As mentioned, there is nothing we can do to affect this. Sorry for the inconvenience! Jeppesen is working on extending their VFR data, so maybe this will still happen in the future!
