Request for legacy 6-Digit SimBrief pilot ID

Hi SimBrief team,

I am using an aircraft in X-Plane 12 (FlightFactor A350) that only accepts a 6-digit Pilot ID.

My current Pilot ID is 7 digits long. Could you please assign me a legacy 6-digit Pilot ID to use with it?

While I am not 100% sure, my understanding is pilot IDs are not random but assigned in ascending order starting from 1 and simply incremented for each new account; meaning the reason there are 7-digit IDs now is because ALL possible 6-digit IDs are already assigned to existing Simbrief accounts, and thus fulfilling your request is probably not feasible.

Unfortunately this is not possible, please report this to FlightFactor so they can add support for 7-digit IDs.

You might also want to check if an update is already available for the FlightFactor A350. This forum post seems to imply they have already fixed this.
