Hello, good day, I have had a problem when trying to enter my Pilot ID in the EFB (tablet), my Pilot ID is 7 digits and not 6, when trying to enter and link the EFB (Tablet) with Simbref it tells me that the Pilot ID It is not correct. What can I do to link the EFB (tablet) with Simbref and have 6 digits instead of 7?. (The text was translated).
Hi…,
Welcome.
SimBrief Pilot ID’s can be 6 or 7 digits. What is the aircraft in which you are trying to enter the Pilot ID? You may need to report this issue to their developers to have the 7 digits permitted.
Cheers
Ian
The problem is with Inibuilds’ Airbus family of aircraft…
Try entering SimBrief Pilot ID into EFB using on screen keyboard.

I already tried it, I’m an xbox user, I have a keyboard, I tried it with the keyboard and the xbox controller and I couldn’t…
Don’t use the Xbox keyboard. Go to EFB settings and activate the on screen keyboard.
Enter the Pilot ID.

I tried it with the Xbox keyboard and the wireless keyboard…
To be sure, by wireless keyboard please confirm you mean:
Go to EFB settings and activate the on screen keyboard.
Enter the Pilot ID.

What made you think the 7 digit number was the issue?
Ian
When I saw some tutorial, I tried to do it and I couldn’t, and I tried several times…
I am thinking there is an issue with Inibuilds and SimBrief ID’s (maybe 7 digits) not being accepted.

I don’t believe this is a Navigraph issue. I suggest you post at the MSFS forum.

I agree with Ian!
In addition to the above, I can use your (7-digit) pilot ID fine without any issues:
This seems to be an issue on the simulator side, perhaps limited to Xbox!
Kind Regards,
Malte
I did it now, my mistake was not disabling the Xbox keyboard on the EFB keyboard
