Need a 6 digit id for simbrief

I have a 5 digit id (22433) for simbrief. An app I’m using requires a 6 digit id and it will not accept the 5 digit I have. Can this be fixed?

Hi Adam,
do you mean the PilotID? There is no fix limit … for example, my ID has only 3 digits. So, I assume this is an issue on the app what you are using, that this app expect 6 digits … Which app is it?

I do not follow what you are asking. I trying to use the LFVR A320 and to log in they need my Pilot ID. I enter the 22433 ID I am assigned, but it will not accept only 5 digits

The PilotID can be in the range from 1 to x digits … so there is no minimum length for the PilotID. Again, my PilotID as an example has only 3 digits. That means, when the LFVR A320 expect only 6-digits then it´s a bug in their app. Please report this to LFVR that they can fix it.
