Repeated sign in to HUB

A little help Please!. I am asked to “sign in” to Navigraph in the HUB every time I turn my PC on. It then take me to the “Approve page” . I cannot recall this happening in the past This has been happening in the last month or so. How can avoid this ? thanks

Please:

  • Restart Machine
  • Disable any Antivirus and Firewall.
  • Uninstall, redownload and run the latest Navigraph Hub.
  • Use Hub to update the Navigation Data for any detected packages.
  • Please post screenshots of any errors using Guide to posting Screenshots

I have set up some extra logging for your account, which we shall review after you post the screenshots.

Thank You Ian! For some reason , It is working fine this morning without having to reinstall. Should i do reinstall anyway? OR wait for the issue to re appear before reinstalling?
