Why is it that B737 PMDG database still uses pseudo waypoints to make up DME arcs and RF legs when FENIX and even FBW and the G1000 can model DME arcs and RF legs just fine? Is it something that PMDG has to fix or that navigraph has to fix? Is PMDG using a different NAV database? Thanks.
Yes, PMDG has a own dataset and PMDG doesn’t support DME ARCs in this current syntax version. But we are working very closely with PMDG do offer a more modern format in the future.
But in the meantime, we have implemented this workaround on our side with the pseudo RFxxx waypoints.
