I used to be able to print charts, STAR, SID procedures, but today when I tried to print, there is no enabling icon in the screen. Am I doing something wrong all of a sudden?
Thanks. That probably explains it. But how I know or select Desktop over Charts Cloud. Yes, I’m new to this, so please be patient.
Chart Desktop needs to be downloaded and installed from Charts Desktop Download

Ian, I just downloaded and used Navgraph Charts 8.35.0. Is this the version you refer to? I was able to print the SID plate for KJFK, but not the route chart. After some finagling I was finally able to print part of that image. How does one find out if they have the desktop version or the cloud version??

Hi Dave,
If you have downloaded, installed and run Charts, you are running Charts Desktop.
The print function in Charts Desktop is for individual charts, and is not available to print the route.
To access Charts Cloud, you open a browser such as Chrome and go to https://charts.navigraph.com
