PFPX advanced dipatch features

Hello,

I would love for SimBrief to move a bit more towards advanced features like PFPX had. For starters;

  • Ability for speed (drag) percentage so you can tweak speed for a given CI to better match an airframe.
  • Re-file / Re-Dispatch support. In the beginning maybe only manual inputs with automatic calculations added later.
  • RIF/ plan output for when re-filing is used. (Although I believe the VATSIM template needs to support it as well)

Many carriers still use the re-dispatch feature for fuel saving instead of % or PBCF.

  • Automatic route parsing based on optimum fuel or time saving instead of only database lookup.

  • Buy the rights to PFPX altogether :sweat_smile:

To start, these features will greatly leapfrog SB from its current fuel and time calculator towards a higher fidelity dispatch system.

The advanced route planning features would be very nice to have in SB as it comes in handy when no real routes exist. On some longer routes the difference between SB’s suggested route (more likely MDT) and the MFT/MCT/MTT may become significant.
