I cannot upload flight plans to pmdg since I switched to p3dv5

Normally the PMDG .rte files need to be put in one of the following directories, depending on which PMDG add-on you are using. Where <P3D> denotes the root folder of your P3D installation:
<P3D>/PMDG/FLIGHTPLANS
<P3D>/PMDG/FLIGHTPLANS/747
<P3D>/PMDG/FLIGHTPLANS/777
<P3D>/PMDG/FLIGHTPLANS/NGX
