FMS Data Manager requires a subscription.
There isn’t an account with that email.
Try logging in with the email to your subscribed account.

hmmm…I think it exists… I even updated my email because the previous one also didn’t work… and when I read the forum - sometimes it helped… maybe there needs to be an update from your side?
In my opinion, there is some delay between creating an account, purchasing a subscription and trying to download data via FMS Data Manager… but these are just my guesses… I’ll check it when I get back from work…

Apologies, it seems there was a system delay in setting up your account.
We still don’t see an account with the email you have shown.
We do see a subscribed account with a similar email. Please confirm this issue is resolved.
