Hi,
I wanted to log in into my navigraph account in FMS Data Manager but it always says email or password is incorrect. Hovever I can login in web, charts and Simbrief. I tried to chane email and password and still not working. I tried with the one time password but still not working.
Any idea how to solve this issue?

Hi Peter,
This maybe because you have multiple accounts, and are logging into FMS Data Manager with a non subscribed account?
In latest version of FMS Data Manager Settings, Unregister Account, log in with email and password of your subscribed account.

I was originally subscribed and it didn’t work like that and i don’t have multiple accounts

We found a potential issue with your account with two email addresses. Hopefully it is fixed. Please try logging in to FMS Data Manager again and let us know how you get on.
