FMS Data Manager login doesn't work

Hi, like so many other pilots… I tried to login FMS Data Manager with my current email-address. It works fine for Navigraph website. However, by filling in the OTP it says “email or password is incorrect”
And I just encountered I cannot sign into NAVIGRAPH HUB as well. The website says the hub is linked. However the hub always goes back to “sign in”

Annoying somehow…
