When I click on route and type in KCLT and try to push #1button to install in departure I get a message NOT IN Data Base. When I try to load location the coordanance goes to the scratch pad and I have no place to load the coordance into the FMC although the Shift +7 indicates the location of the plane. I am using Windows10
