Not In Data Base FMS iFLY737NG

When I click on route and type in KCLT and try to push #1button to install in departure I get a message NOT IN Data Base. When I try to load location the coordanance goes to the scratch pad and I have no place to load the coordance into the FMC although the Shift +7 indicates the location of the plane. I am using Windows10

Running iFly737NG v 3.2.3.4 for FSX with AIRAC 2102, I have no problems entering KCLT:

I doubt this is a navdata update issue.

Maybe try a reinstall of the iFly737 NG latest version? Check in iFly forum?
