PMDG FMC - "Not in Data Base"

Recently had to reinstall P3D v4.5. When I try and load a flight in the PMDG FMC - ref airport - I get the message - “Not in data base.” I get the same error message when trying to the load a flight using FROM and TO. I use simbrief for flight plans and have tried several flight plans with the same results. I use ActiveSky P3D and it indicates that their program and P3D have connected. I’ve updated the Navigraph FMC Data Manager. Currently running AIRAC-2103.

Confirm you have tried the FAQ

Yes, most of the problems reported related to missing runways, SID, etc. Nothing specific to ref airport missing data.

Hi,
can you upload such flightplan please, that we can try to reproduce? Thank you.

Richard

Here’s 2 recent simbrief flight plans that I’ve tried to use.

KSDFKPHX.rte (576 Bytes)
ZSPDRJAA.rte (1.4 KB)

An additional question - what is the correct mapping path for PMDG products in P3D v4.5?

Again, thank you for your help.

Hi…,

In FMS Data Manager, Addon Mappings tab should show PMDG

Ian

Hi Paul,

Loaded KSDFKPHX via CO ROUTE in FMS PMDG 737 NGXU P3D v4.5 AIRAC 2103 without error:

Ian, thank you for you prompt response and follow-up. It’s working!!! Don’t know specifically what the technical issue was, but I did uninstall/re-install Navigraph FMC Data Manager and simbrief.

Everything appears to be normal again.

Very excited to see the announcement about the acquisition of SimBrief. Good acquisition and compliment to Navigraph.
