Not able to start hub

I have started to get a Java Script error relating to Navigraph Navdata Centre stating: “Uncaught Exception Error: Failed to load image from path”, when I start my PC and I am not able to start the hub.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Hub and restarted my PC a couple of times following the instructions given in an earlier post about the same fault without success. Prior to this happening I had installed the PMDG 77w and 77F. I managed to use the hub to update to the latest AIRAC and attempted to update the 77w via that aircrafts EFB. This failed as the data download as shown in the EFB stalled at 75%. I tried a couple of times with the same result. I have raised a Ticket with PMDG regarding this issue. It was after this I started having trouble with the hub. I am not sure if the two issues are related. Any ideas? Regards

I have fortunately been able to resolve this issue, but I am disappointed that after three days I haven’t had any help from Navigraph technical support on the issue.
