Hi…,
Please
-
Disable antivirus and firewall
-
Ensure your Java is up to the latest.
-
Uninstall, download and install latest Navigraph Hub.
-
Restart machine before running Navigraph Hub again.
Cheers
Ian
I do not know anything about Java. And i tryed to unistall Navigraph hub and it did not work. Or i was doing it wrong
Hi @CYPRESS7382,
Use the search field in windows to find “Add/Remove Programs” and remove Hub. Then download it again from https://dl.navigraph-cdn.com/software/navigraph/windows/Navigraph%20Hub.exe.
I think something must have happened during installation/update so that your current version is missing required files. Keep us updated on your progress!
Kind regards,
Markus
Hello.
Over the last couple of days I had the same issue/error message every time I started the PC.
I uninstalled the Hub and tried to reinstall, but it refused because the program apparantly was running. I went into Task Manager/Startup and realised the Hub was still there and Enabled (despite uninstalled). I selected “Disabled”, restarted and then re-installed. And now it appears to work.
