Problems with starting Nav. Hub - network error

Hello,
After downloading Navigraph Hub during installation I receive pop up “Network Error, Navigraph Hub has encountered a network error , please try again.” My network as well as internet connection works perfect . I have tried many times to load Navi…Hub but with no positive efect. All other downloads have been installed prperly w/o any problems . Will appreciate your advise how to solve this problem.

this is the message i get when playing the application , i have paid for 1 month and still now be able to log in , please check attached

We’re sorry that you are seeing this issue. We have identified the issue and will fix it in an upcoming update!

In the meantime, please right-click the Navigraph Hub tray icon and select “Quit”. Then restart Hub!
