KORD has only the O’HARE 8 departure - all radar vectors, so no Departure Procedures per se:

As Richard said there are plenty of other procedures (Arrivals and Approaches):

They tried RNAV SIDs, jeeze, 10-15 years ago or maybe more, and they failed miserably as the controllers lost their ability to be flexible, which if you have ever ridden jumpseat in to/out of ORD, is vital for the ORD controllers (semper gumby, always flexible). About a week after they were published, they were all NOTAMed as NA, and disappeared with that next AIRAC file.
