Im wondering why australia has no Minimum Enroute Alitutde shown on the airways of the IFR low and high charts? Checked sky vector and it has the same issue. Makes IFR planning more difficult.

Not all countries have published MEAs, MOCAs, or OROCAs. It would seem like Australia is missing, or at least not publishing these values! You do have grid MORA, though that might not be what you want depending on your use case.
