No ILS data or Charts for LGSA

Hello i am flying most with X-Plane. Today i have make a flight to LGSA in Greece and i noticed that there is no navdata for the new ILS rwy29. Also there is no navigraph charts for this approach. Also there is no more left and right runways the old 29R and 11L is the only one that is available right now the 29L and 11R is now a days only taxiway and the designation name 29R and 11L no loger exist and it is only 29 and 11. Please refer to the airport AIP for more information and correct the NavData for Xplane. Also update the charts. Thanks!

Hi,
please report this to X-Plane … This is a scenery issue because we don’t offer any runway or airport data.

To the ILS:
You wrote it’s new … possible thats the reason why it isn’t included at the moment. This is depending, when the countries report this to the provider. There are 28/56 days limitations.

The normal case is, that its will be added in the next or the cycle after. But you can be sure, our provider will offer this new ILS too in the very near future.

Cheers
Richard

PS: in the document from the AIP what you have linked here, there is no ILS/GS antenna coordinates, nor any information about an ILS for 29 - or do I miss something?

Could be of interest

Hi the ILS it is not officially published yet, one and a half years now, but in the AIP page 5 says that the approach lights it is CAT1 Calvert lights. Other than that, ok you have right, there is not official report for that. But the ILS is there. Anyways But the problem is not only the ILS but also the 2 runways and this has nothing do to with scenery. The scenery from laminar is correct. Visually there is one runway. The nav data procedures is wrong so the Sid and Star in the fmc has 29R and 11L and if you look in the link that I send in page 11 says there is only one runway 11/29.
.
Ps
For the ils there is only a NOTAM says LGSA · M0757/23 Active 0.2 km 3wk LGSA I-SUD ILS/DME OPERANIONAL WITH LIMITATION: AT ILS FLY LEFT AREA, GP COVERAGE IS LIMITED WITHIN THE ARC BETWEEN 0 DEGREES AND 4 DEGREES FROM FRONT COURCE LINE. October 27, 2023 11:39 - January 27, 2024 23:59 LT

You may be right, but the source publisher can only be added information which will reported (mostly via the AIP) from the countries and in this case, there are no antenna coordinates available for the ILS, GS or the DME and therefore it’s not included.

Thats strange, because we don’t have 29R/11L in our source. We also have only one runway 11/29. So the question is, that we can try to reproduce:

  1. Which XP version do you use?
  2. In which addon do you see this wrong procedures?
  3. You can confirm, that you are using the latest, current AIRAC revision?

Also can you make a screenshot of your FMC ident page (where the cycle number is shown) plus the wrong runway-or procedure-page(s) as an example, where we see the wrong runways.

Thank you very much
Richard

Hi again,
I have looked in XP12 and here you HAVE the two runways - one 11/29 and one 11R/29L … so the stock scenery is at least in XP12 not really up to date as you wrote:

Also I have checked which procedure we offer in X-Plane dataset- not 11R/29L … only for 11/29, so according the AIP Greece absolutely correct.

Selecting 11R - no SID available:

Selecting 29L - no SID available:

Selecting 11 - all SIDs available:

The same for 29 and for the STARs. The runways come from the stock scenery which has 11/29 and 11R/29L as you see. So, it´s no navdata issue nor are the data wrong. Its simple the scenery which is not uptodate.

Hope that helps,
Richard

Okay, thank you very much for your time. And for me it’s exactly as you showed them in the screenshots. What I don’t understand is, if there are no Sid/Star procedures, why Airac shows L/R runways in the first place. Also in my Scenery that I have built myself. I’ve taken out the runway that doesn’t exist and I have made it taxiway like the real airport but Airac still shows L/R runways just like yours in the screenshots you sent. Even though it doesn’t have Sid/Star procedures. And that’s what confused me. Why don’t you just leave 29/11 without the L/R runways, which have no procedures anyway? Sorry for my English.

Again, as I wrote in my first post. We don’t have any runways in our dataset for XP. The runways comes from the airport-file in X-Plane, which is not part of our updates because it’s part of the default X-Plane data.

The FMC shows in every case all runways, as in real but some has procedures and some not. Thats the reality and no issue in X-Plane.

Again, as I also wrote in my first posting, please report this wrong runway 11R/29L to X-Plane. That has nothing todo with us and we can’t fix it.

Thank you
Richard
