Re-installing Navigraph Hub

I believe I have somehow corrupted my Navigraph hub installation.

I experienced the recent problem with Navigraph Hub which I believe has been now fixed - the update wasn’t working. I attempted to re-install NH but have somehow managed to mess up my installation. Now, when I attempt to run NH the NH installer runs and can’t complete. If I open Task Manager I find Navigraph Hub in the list of background processes. If I then End Task to stop it I can then run the installer and NH looks to be OK. but doesn’t seem to update - if I close then attempt to re-run NH I get the same problem. I am an older person (to say the least!) and nowadays not very computer literate. I am running Windows 11 and MSFS 2020. Please can you give me some simple instructions as to how to resolve this?

I was hoping to get some sort of aa reply by now; my understanding is that a post in the forum will be answered by technical support if necessary - if this is not the case, how do I contact technical support?

Sorry for the delay.

Please try :

  • Disable antivirus and firewall.
  • Use Windows to Uninstall Navigraph Hub
  • Redownload latest Navigraph Hub
  • Run Hub Installer
  • Restart machine
  • Run Navigraph Hub
