Welcome.

Simlink is working fine at our end, but not for you :roll_eyes:

More info is needed. Has it worked for you? What has changed since?
On what Operating System, FS, addon , etc

I do not know what happens but it stopped working today on my other PC, it is Windows 10 and the fault is that it wants to connect but it cannot. Uninstall and reinstall it today. I don’t know what to do, I can’t see my plane in real time on the Navigraph charts.

In that case, on the pc with FS, I suggest a fresh start using exact procedure below :

Please:

  • Disable any Antivirus and firewall. Uninstall AV if needed.
  • In Simlink Plugin Settings , uninstall Simlink plugin from any of your FS’s, other than MSFS.
  • Use Task Manager to End Task any running Navigraph Simlink tasks.
  • Use only Windows Programs and Features to uninstall Simlink and Charts:

  • If they exist, delete folders:
    c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Simlink
    c:\Program Files\Navigraph\Simlink
    c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Charts c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Programs\Navigraph Charts
  • Download and install latest Charts .
  • Download and install latest Simlink .

Restart computer.
