Navigraph Navdata center will not sign in

Using Navigraph Navdata Center 1.0.10
I have seen some other posts with this same issue, where the program opens, and the sign-in Button is clickable, but nothing happens when I click it. I have checked my registry to make sure that Chrome is the default browser HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Clients\StartMenuInternet is set to chrome,

I uninstalled and did a fresh re-install, installing it to the default location. but I still have the same issue, where the sign-in Button just clicks but does nothing. I am running Windows 11
