Navigraph in community folder

Hello , I dont know if I am in the right section but here’s my question.
Do I have to put everything navigraph offer in my community folder or not ?
Example: I fly always with my personnal IPAD to use navigraph and vatscop (vatsim).
If I dont use simbrief panel (never) can I erase it from my PC ?
What should I keep on my PC only that it help for my flight ?
