Navigraph hub stuck on loading packages

My Navigraph hub has been stuck on loading pacakges for some time. I have uninstalled everything related to Navigraph hub and reinstalled with windows antivirus turned off but this has not fixed my issue. Issue started about 2 weeks ago.

Please try these steps:

  • Temporarily disable any VPN
  • Make sure your Windows time is synced to local time
  • Try connecting to internet via mobile hotspot
  • Exit Hub
  • Re-open and sign in again

If no joy,

  • Press Win+R
  • Select %APPDATA%\Navigraph
  • Delete folder
  • Download, Install and run Navigraph Hub.

If still no joy, please upload %appdata%\navigraph-hub\logs
