Unable to load package data

Since the last week (after the latest AIRAC update) I’m having an issue when opening the Navigraph Hub. I see only the following message:

If I click on “Retry”, nothing happens.

Navigraph HUB version is 1.2.24. I don’t know what to do.

Please

  • Close Navigraph Hub and MSFS 2020/2024.
  • Disable any antivirus and firewall.
  • Restart machine
  • Check you have your Windows time synced to local real time.
  • Uninstall Navigraph Hub, redownload and install latest Navigraph Hub.
