We are using Xplane 11 and the navigraph hub is not detecting the simulator. I did not see a previous answers to the problem. Could you please provide me with a fix to the problem? mulef16@epbfi.com

welcome at Navigraph.
The answer is very simple, you use the wrong tool. According the homepage where you have download the Navigraph Hub, the Hub is ONLY for MSFS … for all other sims you must download/install the FMS Data Manager app. So, download and install the FMS Data Manager please.
