Access Denied and Network Error

Hello,

Recently got a subscription and was trying to set up Navigraph Hub, but it gave the Access Denied warning with my account and also constantly pings with “Network Error” on startup. I’ve tried reinstalling it and also allowed the program to access internet via firewall permissions but both seem to keep happening.

Any fixes or suggestions?

Hi @PonchoGoblin,

This is a confirmed bug which we will soon release a fix for. You should be able to work around it by right-clicking the tray-icon for Hub, choose sign-out and then quit. When starting Hub again it you should be able to login again normally. Sorry for the inconvenience.
