Belay that. I discovered the issue (which relates to the Vive Pro 2) is that once in the cockpit ready to go you bring up the Toolbar and select the cog icon at the right hand end and hit RESET PANEL. Sorted.
BTW this issue effected all items on the Toolbar and not just Navigraph Charts.
