Could Not Connect To Simulator!

I have read through previous posts and have tried uninstalling Navigraph, Navadata, and simlink multiple times without success. I am getting the message “Could Not Connect To Simulator” when I click on the enable moving maps icon. I can access Navigraph charts within the simulator, but cannot get moving maps to work. Issue started approximately 1 week ago. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Please upload your latest dlog from c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Simlink\logs\

Do you have Moving Map if you use Charts Desktop or Charts Cloud ?
