For the past week on all devices (phone and tablet) the attached image is what I get to see. My map is just blank white. I can pull up charts but the map is blank. I’m not sure what to do. I’ve unlinked and also uninstalled yet the problem persists. Any help would be appreciated.

Encountering the same problem here also - blank map since Monday. Worked fine until then.

Mine just started doing the same thing a few days ago. Didn’t have the issue back when this thread was started.

You are probably using the old app. Get the new one from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.navigraph.chartsrn
If it says “incompatible device” it is because your device screen is currently too small. We are working on an update for smaller devices.
