Today, Navigraph Charts is not working well at all. Blocks all the time and tosses me out.
Anybody else with this issue? I know it has been updated but it seems there are quite a lot of bugs.

Have you been using the new Online Traffic feature? If yes, same problems when you turn it off?
Which platform are you using, web (browser), Desktop, iOS or Android?
Do the problems persist also now?

It is still not working Stephen. I can reinstall the app but I am afraid to do so as I have a lot of user waypoints created and do not want to lose them.

Your user waypoints are stored on our servers so it is completely safe to uninstall/reinstall.
Could you try the web app, charts.navigraph.com, and see if it performs better?

Well I tried the app but same issue.
Hi Stephen. I reinstalled the application but it is not helping. It takes a medium time of over 1 hour to complete the design of a route whereas before the last update, I did that in less than 10 minutes for a long range. It just freezes over and over again.
I have enabled some additional logging on your account now. Please try it again and then report back to me after you have made a new route.
