MSFS PMDG 737-700 Request New Data On Tablet Is Sending Different Route

I’ve been struggling the past couple days with downloading and importing my plans into the tablet. I fill out my flight plan and I’m able to see it on the CDU, but when I try on the tablet it brings up a European route. I’ve tried looking for answers but it’s left me even more lost. I’m not sure what to do, but it always brings up the same route instead of the one I created. Please help, thank you for your time!

Hi, looking at the logs I believe you have entered the wrong username into the aircraft settings. It looks like you have entered WHISKEY instead of WHISKEYCHARLIE.

Please double-check the SimBrief username you have entered into the Flight Tablet, as described about midway through this blog post.
