I have had a couple of flights where MSFS has hung ( screen frozen but sounds still on). I am flying the PMDG 737 and use both the inflight Navigraph and the external Navigraph program. The event manager shows no events for MSFS but indicates Navigraph crashed. I appreciate the hanging MSFS may itself cause Navigraph to crash but wonder if using both in in sim and external Navigraph is causing any conflict.
Thanks
Hi,
can you post the event with the navigraph app crash in it, that we can verify it? Because we have no other report received of any crash with our apps. Therefore I can’t believe that this is a general issue
Thank you very much
Richard
Thanks Richard, will look back at the event viewer and send you the file tomorrow
Andrew
Sorry just managed to find it, as I say not sure if this happened prior to or after MSFS hanging as no other event log
Thanks
Andrew

Thanks Andrew,
one question, do you use any other simulator than the MSFS?
Cheers
Richard
I have P3dv4 installed but rarely run it.
Thanks
Andrew
Hi Andrew,
i would try following (as a test):
De-Install the FMS Data Manager and reboot your PC. After that try all again in MSFS and look if the CTD is gone or not.
You don’t need the FMS Data Manager for MSFS, and normally there is also no feature in the FMS Data Manager which will be used in MSFS.
The error log indicates an compatible issue with some drivers but not real with the FMS Data Manager.
Therefore, de-install it, reboot your PC and look if the CTD is gone or not …
Thank you
Richard
Hi Richard, thanks for that I am going to try your suggest in stages.
Sine my last note I have run MSFS only to find it hangs and then crashes once I have tried to set the departure airport. I deleted the last add on I purchased which has also just been updated (EGNX). I deleted EGNX reinstalled it and the sim works fine now although I haven’t had time to try a flight yet.
I will see how it goes over the next few days to see if it was EGNX causing the problem rather than Navigraph. If the problem returns I will then follow your suggestions.
Thanks for all the help so far
Andrew
