So it used to cost 10 or 12 euro in the UK.
Seems it’s now under 9 euros.
Do you add VAT onto this ?
Since UK is no longer in the EU after 31 Dec 2020, we’re not adding VAT to the price for UK users. EU VAT is only applied to goods and services bought and sold for use within the European Union. Navigraph is still in the EU being a Swedish company, while UK customers are not.

Not sure whether to laugh or cry…I never wanted to leave.
Apparently digital downloads should still be treated as goods, and VAT charged.
You may want to double check with your accountants.

Thanks for digging - but that is the opposite case, describing that UK companies still have to charge VAT for EU customers. We are an EU company selling to UK customers, where VAT no longer applies. The key is EU customers, and that changed on 1 January.
