My bank account only allows payments in pounds but on your website, the payment is in euros and it my card keeps getting declined for that reason.
Is there anyway to fix this?

Welcome.
Payment needs to be in Euros. With mainstream credit cards this amount is converted to Pounds at the credit card’s conversion rate.
You might like to check if your bank has a credit card without the single currency limitation.
