Question, I’m flying an easy route plotted in Charts desktop.
Load the flight plan into the sim, and get up in the air.
Mid flight, I want to add a visual approach, not present in the initial plan.
GN1000 click click, done.
Now, Charts don’t see these changes, is there a way to force reload the changes into Charts?
Remember, we are mid flight.

No, there is no such communication path between the simulator and the Navigraph charts desktop app.
The closest you could get is if the instrument itself would automatically send the amended flightplan to the simulator itself, which you could then pick up by using the Navigraph Charts In-Game panel. This is not something that Navigraph can affect, however.
In the real world, pilots enter these modifications into their EFB manually after updating their FMC (if available). I am not sure that syncing the flight would actually be faster than just selecting the new approach manually!
